It all starts with the frame and sealing it up correctly! We use ZIP for our sheathing. It seals the house up airtight, keeps moisture outside where it belongs and makes the frame incredibly stiff!
Did you know that every “Park Model” Tiny home is built to an RV code. Not at BAMF Tiny Homes!
That means that the vast majority of these tiny houses don’t have ANY sheathing on them at all. They frame the house, wrap it in a material called Tyvek and then put siding on it. We build to a residential building code which is far superior and what you should demand if you are living in this full time.
All plumbing is in the flooring so there is no issues with freezing temperatures.
Our goal is to build a maintenance free home that will last you a lifetime. We start by using the highest quality materials and never sacrifice in build quality. Our builds are built to a residential building code, not an RV building code. We think of all the small things so you don’t have to!
We build them one at a time, to give each one the attention that your new home deserves. These are not your average Park Model builds. These are built better than custom built homes and to a Residential Building code, not an RV code like most companies. It shows the first time you step foot in one.
